Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot by two shooters, identified as Rohit Singh Shekhawat and Nitin Fauji. The shooters fled after the incident. During their escape, they robbed a man named Hemraj of his two-wheeler and attempted to rob a car. The duo then took a route from Kishan Jan Path to Shyam Nagar police station and eventually arrived near Kiran Palace Hotel. Gogamedi sustained five bullet wounds, and different types of bullets were recovered from the scene.
