Internal organs missing from man murdered by quack: Police

Police in Thanjavur are investigating a case where the internal organs of a man, who was allegedly killed by a quack, were found to be missing. The accused, Kesavamoorthi, claimed that the victim died during a sexual encounter after taking medicine to enhance his performance. The police have arrested Kesavamoorthi and are planning to interrogate him further to check for any other victims. They are also investigating the disappearance of another youth in 2021 who was a friend of Kesavamoorthi.
