Tihar to procure pepper spray to tackle brawls among inmates

Facing flak in the wake of the killing of Sunil Tajpuria in Tihar early this month, the jail administration is going to procure non-lethal weapons, which will render rogue inmates immobile for sometime using mild electric shocks. They will also procure pepper spray and special batons to control gangsters running amok.
