NCLT admits Go First plea for insolvency

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Wednesday admitted Go First’s plea for voluntary insolvency. A moratorium has been imposed the moratorium, meaning the airline’s lenders and other stakeholders like lessors who it owes money to can’t take any coercive action for six months.
