HC orders K'taka to pay Mumbai firm for promo video

The controversy pertaining to the Rs 4.5 crore deal for making a 5-minute promotional video for Invest Karnataka meet took an interesting turn with the Karnataka HC ordering the state to clear the bill to a Mumbai-based firm assigned to do it, reports P Vasantha Kumar.
