Bihar: Over 4.5L arrested in 6 yrs for violating liquor law

Bihar completed its six years of liquor prohibition on Tuesday. While the liquor law continues to face judicial scrutiny at the Supreme Court, the prohibition boat of CM Nitish Kumar has hardly sailed in calm waters over the last six years.
