IND vs SA: Kohli out with back injury, Rahul leads in 2nd Test

In what came as a surprise and shock in equal measure, India's Test skipper Virat Kohli was ruled out of the second Test against South Africa at the Wanderers in Johannesburg because of upper back spasm. Hanuma Vihari took Kohli's place in the eleven.
