Amit Palekar named AAP's CM face for Goa polls

The party had decided a while ago that AAP’s chief minister for the upcoming Goa assembly election 2022 would be one from the Bhandari community. AAP's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal formally announced the party’s decision in Goa on Wednesday.
