BJP-led NDA, Cong-led oppn spar on Constitution Day

The Constitution Day on Friday became a means for the ruling BJP-led NDA and the Congress-led opposition to attack each other. While the opposition boycotted the day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a frontal attack on the “dynasty-ruled” parties from “Kashmir to Kanyakumari”.
