Mumbai fire live updates: One dead, 26 rescued; BMC chief orders probe

A major fire broke out at Currey Road’s Avighna Park building in Mumbai around noon on Friday. The fire broke out on the 19th floor of the 60-storey residential building. It has been tagged as a 'level-4' fire. One person has been rushed to KEM hospital after he received a major head injury. He was declared 'brought dead'. Meanwhile, 26 others were rescued.
